How long does delivery take?+
Most UK orders arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland can take an extra day or two. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to verify my age?+
Yes. UK law requires 18+ for all nicotine products. You confirm your age entering the site and again at checkout, and we run electronic age checks where needed. Failed checks are cancelled and refunded.
What's the difference between prefilled and refillable pod kits?+
Prefilled kits use ready-filled flavour pods you click in and replace when empty — zero mess. Refillable kits have pods you fill yourself with any 10ml e-liquid — cheaper to run and more flavour choice.
Are big-puff kits like 25,000 puffs legal in the UK?+
Yes, when built the compliant way: a rechargeable battery plus multiple 2ml pods. The puff count describes the whole pack of included pods, not one oversized tank.
What nicotine strength should I choose?+

What are nicotine pouches?+
Small tobacco-free pouches placed under the upper lip — no smoke, no vapour, no device. Ideal for flights, offices and gyms. Strengths run from light (up to 4mg) to strong (11mg+).
Can I return a product?+
Unopened, sealed products: yes, within 30 days for refund or exchange. Opened liquids, pods and used devices can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty — faulty items are always replaced or refunded.
My vape isn't hitting properly — what should I check?+
Nine times out of ten it's charge, connection or coil: charge the device fully, reseat the pod, check for e-liquid or lint on the contacts, and swap the coil/pod if it tastes burnt. Our troubleshooting guide in the blog walks through every fix.
What is the 2026 vape duty?+

Do you sell disposable vapes?+
No — single-use disposables have been banned in the UK since June 2025. We stock the compliant alternatives: rechargeable kits with prefilled pods that feel identical to use.
