Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with every order. Here is how returns, refunds and exchanges work at Ice Vape.
Returns and Refunds Policy: 14-day returns
You can return most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Hygiene & sealed products
For health and safety reasons, e-liquids, prefilled pods, coils and nicotine pouches cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage.
How to start a return
Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.
