• Free UK delivery on orders over £25 — applied automatically at checkout.
• Orders under £25 — flat-rate £2.99 tracked delivery.
• Same-day dispatch — order before 4pm Monday to Friday and your order leaves the same day.
• Typical arrival — 1–2 working days after dispatch for most UK addresses; Highlands, Islands and NI can take a little longer.
• Plain packaging — every order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging.

Once dispatched you'll receive tracking by email. If an order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Returns Policy

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons required of nicotine products, we can't accept returns of opened e-liquids, used devices, opened pods or opened pouch tins unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items: if something arrives damaged or develops a fault within its warranty period, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue — we'll replace or refund, including return postage where the item is confirmed faulty. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Age Verification

UK law prohibits the sale of nicotine products to anyone under 18, and we enforce that at every step: an 18+ confirmation when you enter the site, a mandatory declaration at checkout, and electronic age checks on orders where age can't be confirmed automatically. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full. We support Challenge 25 principles and never knowingly sell to minors.
