These terms apply to all purchases from icevape.co.uk ("Ice Vape", "we"). Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
All products are strictly 18+. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the products are for your own use or another adult's. We verify age at checkout and cancel any order that fails verification.
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders — for example where age can't be verified, stock has sold out, or a pricing error has occurred — with a full refund of anything paid.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. From 1 October 2026 prices of nicotine-containing e-liquid will include the UK vaping products duty. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we'll contact you before dispatch. No payment is charged until stock and age checks complete.
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out on our delivery information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. An adult signature may be required.
You may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and return unopened items within 30 days under our policy — whichever benefits you more. For health and hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, pouches and used devices are excluded unless faulty. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Products are intended for existing adult nicotine users. Keep all products away from children and pets, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and charge devices only with suitable chargers, unattended charging is at your own risk.
We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and nothing limits liability where the law doesn't allow it (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence). These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales.
